All our merchandise come with a five
(5) day unconditional satisfaction guarantee.
All claims for broken, defective or damaged
merchandise must be made within five (5) days of receipt of said
merchandise, via e-mail to us at
returns@easternsilver.com.
For Broken merchandise, It is the buyer. s responsibility to
call the local ups office, to report the damage. All
packing materials must be kept regardless of apparent damage to
packaging. If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be
credited or refunded.
With a return authorization number,
the item may be returned to us. All returnes must be insured for
the full value of the item. Defective items will be replaced if
replacement is available and return shipping charges will be
credited to your account.
Before returning any merchendise,
please contact us for return authorization and for instructions.
Please be sure to include a description of the deffect with any
return.
Non deffective merchandisewill be
charged a 10 % restocking charge. Please include a copy of packing
slip with all returns.
All return shipments must be shipped
freight prepaid unless we specify otherwise. And remember to
insure your package. You will be responsible For any losses if you
forget to do so.
Under the following
conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued
The request was made later than 5
days after receipt.
The item is returned without a
return authorization number.
The item is returned without
original box and paperwork.
You did not keep the original
shipping carton for the ups
inspector.
